About Us

Boyce’s Way has been created by us, Debs and Julian.

We both grew up in the South Hams but moved to London in 2001 for work. After spending nearly 20 years living and working in London, we made the decision to move home to be closer to family and friends (and of course the sea!).

We both have a passion for animals and their well-being and this was brought to the forefront when we re-homed our dog, a four year old Staffordshire Bull Terrier called Boyce, from Battersea Dogs Home in August 2012.

Boyce’s diet originally consisted of the usual dry food kibble which you can buy at any supermarket/pet store but no matter how many different varieties we tried after a relatively short period of time he would get bored, show no enthusiasm for meal times and often not finish his food.

As luck would have it, around this time a new shop opened near us in London specialising in raw feeding…the first time Julian and Boyce walked into that shop they were hooked! 

Since changing Boyce's diet to raw he adored his food…so much so that he always started asking for his dinner at least an hour before dinner time…and there was never a scrap of food left in his bowl!

When we moved back to the South Hams, we struggled to find a one stop shop which provided a variety of quality foods and natural products….and the idea for “Boyce’s Way” was born!
